Accuma Group plc offers a range of debt solutions through it subsidiary businesses. Depending on your individual situation your details will be passed to the relevant group business to assist you. Our Insolvency Practice for Individual Voluntary Arrangements are Wilson Phillips, for Debt Management Plans our company is Byrom & Keeley Financial Services and for Consolidation Loans our company is LoanLine. We may also, with your agreement, refer you on to other third party companies, not part of the Accuma Group. You will be informed of the company and the reason for referring you to them, before any details are passed to them.
If Accuma Group or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
Your rights
In addition to the company’s safeguards, your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act. This provides amongst other things that the data we hold about you should be processed lawfully and fairly. It should be accurate, relevant and not excessive. The information should be kept up to date, where necessary, and not retained for longer than is necessary. It should be kept securely to prevent unauthorised access by other people. Access to information
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
